ImagiTool (https://imagitool.com ) provides free, web-based tools for image editing and file conversion. You may use the Service without creating an account. Access is provided as-is and without warranties, for lawful personal or professional use.

You agree to:

• Avoid uploading or creating any content that is illegal or infringes upon others' rights.
• Refrain from disrupting or attempting to breach the integrity or security of the Service.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our discretion in cases of misuse.

Files uploaded to ImagiTool are processed in an automated manner and deleted from our servers within 2 hours. We do not access, review, or retain user content beyond this retention period unless legally required to do so.

All content, trademarks, code, and design elements of the Service are the exclusive property of ImagiTool or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.
